I found Neil polite and straightforward, once things were decided we were informed half payment was needed before work started, they started work a few days later. The work was done with minimal fuss and mess. Steve made sure the system was working and showed me how to use all the features we would need on both the recording device and my phone. Very happy with the work and the price would highly recommend.
