I was so lucky to find this company. They were highly professional meticulous and friendly. They brought so much high-quality work to the property nothing was too much. They have a high understanding of their skill. Nothing was any trouble to them even though I had many questions everything was answered with skill and in-depth knowledge. Creaking floors, loud clicking pipe work, heating was switched off in the evening just as it was getting cold. The bathroom is 80’s.
The evening meal and breakfast portions small.
Middle aged woman taking BF order was extremely unfriendly, incomplete meal served had to ask for remainder could hear her in the kitchen complaining about me asking for it.
The atmosphere was so silent no background music neither in the evening or morning. All the other quests where whispering or silent.
There was lots of outside seating none of the previous evenings glasses had been cleaned up 24 hours later, which by now had the next day’s glasses packed on the table which had also not been taken away from that day. There was no room on any of the tables to actually use them.
Not worth a return.

Exceptional and courteous service. The electrician Dan was very thorough and resolved the problem quickly. I have total confidence and peace of mind. Will definitely use again for any further work needed.
