Absolutely fantastic company. Brian kept me up to date with the delivery of materials at all times and also asked me how I’d prefer things to look throughout the job which meant we got exactly what we wanted. He also has such a good, polite and hard working team. The two lads here every day were always professional and great singers, the bricky knew a good cuppa when sees one and the plasterers were in and out in a flash and all the work is flawless. Honestly can’t recommend this company enough

I honestly don’t know where to start… We had multiple questions go unanswered, phones calls never returned, emails ignored, arrogant responses when we complained and after complaining there were still periods where no one would answer ours or the other sides solicitors questions.

Pattinsons recommended we use Bindman and because of this, I lost a little faith in Pattinsons too.

I’ve reviewed my emails with Pattinsons, Bindmans and the other sides estate agents today just to be sure what I am writing is factual and just reading them over and having no response, or 1 of 3 questions answered and having to wait weeks before my other 2 were addressed, just really angers me.

Based on our experience, we would never use nor would we ever recommend Bindmans solicitors.

Our pet was registered in my wife's name against my email and phone number. I created an account and cannot add our pet. I also cannot change the name under the account to my wife's name. I emailed the support team and was told I need to update the keepership details but to do this I need to register and pay for an account upgrade. What a total ripoff considering that I just need the name changing on the account.

I could not recommend this company enough! Both Stephen and Lianne were always helpful and answered every query we had as best they could. Thank you both!
