Yesterday the backdoor lock failed and wouldn't unlock from either side. I called In House Securities at 3.00pm and Leon arrived by 4.30pm. He expertly released and replaced the faulty lock in little more than half an hour. Top class friendly and efficient service. I can confidently recommend them.
