Absolutely terrible for clothing alterations. No idea about the dry clean. Every time I use them for taking my clothes in or up there is some problem. Latest debacle was my £80 chinos which they did take up but now have a stitched straight seam with more curves than Kim Kardashian. Can only assume their seamstresses are blind or perhaps totally incompetent. Should have learnt after the first time where they mangled my designer overshirt. Won't be back for further butchery.
