We were travelling to Caerphilly from Glasgow to attend the Billy Joel concert in Cardiff. Stopped at Strensham Services for a break only to end up with a nail in our tyre. They were out to us quickly, took the tyre away and brought it back repaired. Harry had us back on the road within two hours and I could not be more grateful.
