Went into the shop and met by very friendly staff.
Asked advice about a replacement lock for my upvc door and they had first class knowledge, and supplied the perfect fitting lock.
They spotted that my old barrel had excessive weathering where it protruded from the door handle, and supplied a lock with a shorter barrel to make it more tamper resistant. They also highlighted an extra anti tamper security feature that this particular lock has.

Very pleased customer with their service.
