David did a Damp and Timber survey on our house before we bought it to clarify issues that were brought up on the valuation.
The report was very thorough and easy to read, and provided us with possible causes that we could look at to fix the problems. He was also happy to have a phone call to talk through the report to ensure we had al the information required.
After buying the house, we noticed some other problems and he came back to check these over for us. A quick visit providing us with some peace of mind, and no charge for the second visit either!
