AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! We have rented twice from them. First time paid for Jaguar XE "or similar" and received a BMW 3 Series. Latest experience: paid for VW Golf but given a 4 SEATER car, and when we returned it they said there was a stone chip in the number plate which would be an MOT fail and charged us for it. Spent the entire hire parking well away from everything to avoid damage to the car even though husband is disabled and has limited mobility. This is daylight robbery - they are basically obtaining extra fees by stealth. We have read similar reviews for this company and begrudge giving them even one star. Don't hire from them unless you're happy to pay extra.

Brought 5 deep dish alloys to Diamond Wheels for refurbishment, and I'm absolutely delighted with the end result. Excellent finish and perfect colour, exactly as I had requested. They are also very friendly and approachable, extremely professional - they obviously take great pride in their work and obviously have a commitment to get the job done right. Brought our DC15 Dyson vacuum here for repair (it's at least 10 years old). Was given a quote, and wasn't charged any more once completed. The vacuum cleaner is now running like now and is a joy to use. It is so rare to come across such an honest trader (also highly professional and very pleasant) these days. Domestic Appliance House did a high quality job at a fair price with a quick turnaround, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone or using them again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Avoid. Great at chasing you for business (they even phoned to ask if we would like to book the MOT! - felt very awkward), lousy at admitting or correcting their own mistakes. Service manager was not prepared to be helpful at all.
