We had no hot water in the house and after I was let down by a different company I was looking for someone good and trusted to fix the problem.
I trusted the reviews and it was a good decision. We had our new boiler fitted at a reasonable cost today and from start to finish it was an excellent job, great communication, very professional but friendly, very quick response and they were able to get us running within 3,5 hours. Very organised and honest person, they found a small gas leek in the house while doing their job which was never rectified by previous company (MCD) that did our service 2 weeks ago!
