First class, but poor at secondary tasks
Very good lawyers, but poor 'agents'. They may fight the best criminal case money can buy, but don't count on them for a minute to do anything peripheral for you. I'm thinking - ping a memo to someone if you find yourself remanded into custody, or retrieve seized property from police etc. I have been left hanging in these regards. They are extremely professional when it comes to fighting your particular case in the way they know best and you get what you pay for, as long as you don't think you're paying for any of these extra conveniences.
