No idea what the hotel is like - I booked a one-night stay and am unable to go due to rail strike. It was very difficult to find the cancellation process. No acknowledgement received, no response to emails, no-one answered the phone.

Steve repaired a floor for me. He worked quickly and neatly, and even cut up the old, bad floorboards for firewood. I would definitely use his services again.

The team were at my old house bright and early, and within 2 hours everything was loaded and ready to go. It was a slightly complicated move, as I was leaving a shared house taking only some of the contents then going to a storage facility to get the rest of my things, but I need not have worried - they understood perfectly.
Unloading at the other end was just as fast, with items being correctly positioned so I could get to what I needed to access.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
