So got new windows September 2019 plus had too take out a 3 thousand pound loan cause I'm a widower and not working. They started the job at 10.30 and finished about 3.30 too fit 3 windows and a front door and one of them was the main front window. On first visit they said it would take a whole day and maybe few hours the day after that to fit everything. When did finish they left lots of mess that needed too be cleaned . Worse is they cracked my front step when fitting my front door . Didn't replace the tile just stuck it back on and smoothed the crack over. Tried too put silicone over a crack on the window sill instead of replacing it and only fixed it after I ring them up the same day after noticing it cause they left without asking us too see the final finish . Wanted the 3 thousand pound payment half way through the job cause was pressuring my mam over the phone when said I was busy a sec having my food and the guy on the phone said I wait. Front door plastic tacky.

Hi Im sorry you are disappointed with the job. I do recall having to send the fitters back the following day to re do the cill as you rang saying you werent happy with the finish. However we havent had any calls from you since. To see this review was surprising as we have nothing but good reviews. The fact that our fitters took less time than our sales person suggested would ordinarily be welcomed by our customers as it would mean less disturbance. And regarding the us asking for the balancing payment early also surprises me as we only ever call for payment when the job is complete, the balance was £2300 not £3000 also. We will call you today to discuss any issues. Kind regards
