Andrew is very a very honest professional. Hard to find such people like him. He helped handle a total house refurb of mine, even doubling as a project manager.
He did a whole house plastering/skimming, preparing floor for underfloor heating, a new bathroom, painting the whole house.
He created new passageway, inserting steel beams where needed.
He fixed all my internal doors and skirting.
He was always the first to start on site and the last to leave as he always wanted to finish lots of the job in record time.
He had some decent suggestion when i needed ideas or was stuck with how to handle any problem found.
He charges a fair price and has never been about the money as he genuinely loves his job and a hard worker to the core.
I would be using his expertise again soon once i need another project or anything house related needing sorting out.
Its almost like he could fix anything asides gas and electrics
