SMC Coach hire - An effortless trip.

Three words..
Using. You. Again.
After what I thought would be a difficult trip to plan, I was relieved at every step, where I was met with friendly and efficient customer service. The "Admin Team" had character, and convinced me that they weren't just robots on the other end of the phone. This had been a trip for me and my family (which is extraordinarily large) which includes young children, older pensioners and even a new born.
The trip was extremely pleasant, the driver was friendly and even introduced himself to the whole coach at the beginning of trip. The vehicle was of a high quality, it looked like it was pretty new, with working A/C and even had a working TV with a DVD player (which was brilliant for the kids). When we got to the beach, we asked the driver if we could keep some items on the coach (few bigger bags) whilst we were out and about, and he was more than happy to. The Day flew by, and to top it off, we had a great and relaxing journey home.
