Appalling company, rude management and staff. I was unfortunate enough to cross paths with one of their drivers recently. The driver had a very inconsiderate and condescending attitude, especially towards women. Contacted head office and was faced with the same.....NICE!!!

Appalling company, staff & attitude, Mike Neale in "customer services" is particularly vile. Ordered helium, unusable - no adaptor. Promised to send one special delivery to arrive next day - never turned up.

They insisted it was sent and provided a "proof of delivery" - an item that had been sent to a different customer over 200 miles away - to prove that I had actually received it! Buyer beware.

However if you really would like to be let down at the very last minute, subsequently lied to and then finally spoken to like dirt Click 4 Balloons couldn't be a better choice.
