My advice is to avoid them ! They were supposed to renew the roof of my small semi in slate, but used cheaper tiles and damaged my neighbour's property. They were dilatory and not competent to refit solar panels. They kept increasing the price, at one stage seeking £13,000, after initially agreeing £2,000. I had to go elsewhere to complete the work after I called to complain and a promise to get back to me within an hour was not honoured. It now seems likely that, although there were probably some minor faults with the roof, it did not even need replacing. I was far too trusting and paid £5,350 in cash, only to be left with major problems to sort out myself. I have learnt the hard way ( by losing almost all my life savings) that it is best to find a contractor who does not seek large amounts of money before a job is properly carried out!

Met at Heathrow by driver Sion, who was there ready, despite the fact that I cleared Immigration and claimed my case on entering from New Zealand remarkably quickly. We were on the road within 25 mins of the flight landing at 5.55 am! After a long journey from the South Island via Auckland and Singapore, it was great to have Valley Cars excellent service for the final leg.
Very smooth and comfortable ride back to Holywell, arriving before 10am.
The price was reasonable and I was entirely happy with the service.
