Owen has been a godsend for me, being unwell with shingles atm. He had extra work to do, dealing with my AA warranty, but he dealt with all of that cheerfully, utterly professionally and reliably. When he arrived at my door, I knew straightaway he was trustworthy. Full marks all round and highly recommended.

Received outstanding service from Bill this past week, when he fixed my old Arcam amplifier, part of my quality hifi set up which is over 20 years old. He was fast efficient and did an excellent job and it is playing beautifully. I cannot recommend this man enough and wouldn't go anywhere else for technical repairs. Very pleased l went to him.
