Very disappointed

I've previously given this business a five star review. Not so this time. My cooker oven door is opening during cooking. The door latch was replaced. £60. The problem wasn't fixed. Messaged ARC. Advised that the oven door needed a new striker pin. A further £50. The pin could easily have been replaced the same time as the door latch. I cannot afford to throw any more money at this, particularly in these times. I've already handed over £80 this week. Very disappointed.

I recently had issues with a Sky Q install at my apartment block in Port Talbot. The install was arranged via Sky but Elite are the contractor that my housing association landlord use.
Elite responded to my original enquiry swiftly and arranged to have staff on site today to complete the Sky Q install alongside the Sky appointed contractor.
Sky Q is now installed and I would recommend Elite wholeheartedly. It's refreshing to encounter a company that are so customer focused.

I had a Sky Q upgrade due today between 12 midday and 5pm. The date and time arranged by Sky. I received a call from Topline yesterday stating that the install appointment was between 8am and 1pm. Owing to the weather issues, I was promised a phone call if the engineer could not attend.
I eventually received a text from Sky at 2.07pm saying that the engineer could not visit because of the weather. I totally get that, but the chances are that my install was cancelled first thing this morning, yet it took over 6 hours to get any form of communication.
UPDATE! Martin from Topline attended today (23/3) and despite his hard work and best efforts, was unable to complete the Sky Q install due to circumstances beyond his control. When the technical issues are sorted, I hope that he returns to finish the job.
