Got this company to fit 2 doors
One door you need to slam to get it to close and lock
The other door every time it rains I need to place a towel against it as it leaks and I get a puddle.
It took weeks to get him to come out and I had to tell him that I would get someone else to fix it and send him the bill.
The problems still exist.

Terrible seller and check car yourself

Shelbourne Motors sold me a car with the wrong miles with a discrepancy of 21,000 miles. They sold me a car stating there was 8,000 miles on it.

During the handover I enquired about servicing and the salesman took out the book and the first service was carried out after 17,500 miles and scribbled out the 7 to make it 1,500 miles.
During the test drive I commented that the brakes were squealing. They were still squealing.
I was told they would replace the car but after nearly 2 weeks the only car they offered had 38,000 miles on it.
They had left me with no car and no way to get to work, I HAD to purchase a car from another dealer as I had no time to shop around.

THIS IS A BAD COMPANY THEY HAVE EVEN CLAIMED THAT THEY DID A ROUTINE CHECK AFTER SELLING ME THE CAR AND INFORMED ME ABOUT THE MILEAGE. I HAVE E-MAILS TO PROVE THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. I WISH I HAD NEVER STEPPED THROUGH THEIR DOORS AND SAVED MYSELF THE STRESS

This is why when we identified the issue with our supplier (who took full responsibility) during a routine check - we made you aware of it at the earliest opportunity & offered to rectify it by way of replacement vehicle or refund. Firstly the delivery person overfilled my tank and the oil came out the top of the gauge that runs up the outside didn't even bother to turn off the gauge which would have stopped any more oil. It has now killed off the grass near the concrete base. He also altered the litre amount on the docket so I have paid a higher amount that I agreed to when I placed order. I have now phoned 3 times and still have no answer and they never phone you back
