I cannot recommend Dave at Hoskins Fitness enough. Having trained for 2 years and hit a plateau I got in touch with Dave for some help. He analysed my current training and conditioning and wrote me a program based on where I needed to improve and educated me on the things I needed to be doing differently. He told me the mistakes I was making and added new elements to my training at my diet. Dave is also on hand all the time over message or calls to answer any questions and for weekly progress chats to talk over results for the week and how it has gone.
