From initial consultation through to collecting my beautifully redesigned (and much improved) masterpiece she was the consummate professional which was balanced with patience at my 'often indecision' when reviewing her variety of options coupled with sketches to scale.

In addition, I felt it important to support local craftspeople versus a high street jeweller and visiting Jude's premises/workshop gave me a first-hand insight into the passion and commitment she puts into each piece.
