Terrible communication. Non-existant customer service.1
Posted an item on 4th December which my customer never received. Took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to ascertain that it had been lost in the warehouse. I was promised a full refund on then 20th January, and again when I called in on 3rd February. I have stillbnot received this and am in the process of escalating the matter with citizens advice.
