Simply appalling service- best avoided.
A repeat customer I walked in the Salon today without an appointment, and requested a nail cut as I have done so previously. I was told that if I waited I could be tended to in about 10/15 minutes. I agreed to wait.
After 10 minutes I was called to be tended, and the member of staff asked what I wanted done. I duly advised that I wanted my finger nails and toe nails cut. He said he could only do either fingers or nails- due to a lack of time. When I protested was told I had only asked for a nail cut & hadn't specified all 20 human digits. I duly advised him that on every previous occasion I had requested a nail cut, fingers & toes had been the expectation and that is what had received. And, this had been the case on all previous occassions including those when the Proprietoress had also tended to me. On this occasion however, she did note that I had only asked for a nail cut.
No resolution in was offered and I left having wasted 15 minutes.
