Bought a supposeidly re furbished vaccum it did not work texted them saying i would lik eto change it to a new one and could i send them the difference in price they said that they could not do that i would have to return the useless one wait for the refund then order the brand new one with payment can poeple not work simple transactions out anymore no commonsenc e so then emailed them if it was [possible to send me a returns order slip because i have no printer so could not print one SO IF YOU ARE A OLD FOGY WHO IS NOT FULLY COMPUTER LITERATE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM WHATEVER HAS HAPPENED TO DEALING WITH POEPLE WITH COMMONSENCE AND EASE OF DOING BUSINESS THEY ARE DEFINATLY FORGETTING ABOUT THE OLDER END OF THE POPULATION so did not buy the brand new one SO THEY ALSO LOST THE SALE

Paul and his team did a great job on a dampness problem on the back panel which is a well known Elddis manufacture problem which Elddis renaged on like they have done with many other people Paul fixed it and we got photos of the work being done at every stage superb work at a excellent price give PAUL a ring to sort your problems out
