After trying several other firms, I found Lilium Homes via the Federation of Master Builders. Straight from first contact, their communication was excellent and proactive. My build is a new but traditional design within a heritage planning overlay in Glasgow's West End and within a very tight envelope. The team offered oversight on all the build stages, from groundworks through to final stages. As well as being flexible, innovative and responsive their team struck up a cordial and positive relationship with neighbours which is always a challenge on any build in an urban environment. The few issues which arose were always addressed head-on and quickly. Highly recommended.
