Dishonest and bullying business

The business owner uses deceiptful and agressive tactics. He gives a price and charges you more once the job is done. Of course he gives no explanation as to why the price is higher. Instead, he prefers to claim you do not remember or accuses you of not understanding English.
Good business practice is to provide a receipt with the amount to pay at the time the transaction is agreed.
