Called a mobile mechanic because I broke a bolt attempting a DIY job. Embarrassed, I called the first mobile mechanic I found. I was expecting someone either to not show up or to be patronising about my mistake. But Bob was extremely nice and friendly and allowed me to help watch and help. We managed to remove the broken bolt and even sourced a new one at the last second, we replaced the gasket that needed replacing in just a couple of hours. Would defiantly call again! It’s good to have a bit of expertise around even for attempting some DIY. Also didn’t seem to want to charge me all that much for the time we spent.
