Having recently purchased a buy to let property , we were in need of a rubbish removal service following renovation. We decided to go with AWR after seeing some positive reviews and an initial swift call out and reasonable quotation. Attempts to make the arrangements for collection was made difficult due to unanswered calls and lack of response to messages left. After finally getting through and arranging collection date we were given a three hour window. in- line with this pre-arrangement we made the 95 mile journey to site. several unanswered calls later we finally got hold of 'Mr AWR' only to be told ... '' you haven't been booked in , there is nothing I can do '' .... NO I am sorry , NO lets see if we can book you in on another day , No I am sorry you have have a wasted journey '' nothing ! Completely unprofessional and complete waste of time. Deeply frustrating and disappointing.
