Way back in September last year I ordered a spare body housing for a Bosch Hedge trimmer, as this company offered these parts, sadly this was at the height of the Pandemic, and unfortunately Bosch were not producing anything at this time, however James from Sparetoolparts did everything he could to obtain them, he tried for 6 months, keeping me informed all the time, I even tried contacting Bosch myself but got know where. So a few days ago decided to give up, so contacted James for a refund, the next day recieved an email apologising for not being able to get my part and that my bank had been credited for the outstanding amount, I could not have asked for more. Very good service and comunication from this company, that's why I have awarded them 5stars.
