John and his team came recommended by a local family who were delighted with their loft conversion. John provided us with a very honest quote with a promise of top quality and professionalism throughout the job. We felt comfortable with John and his team from the start. They started the job quickly, were always friendly, considerate and committed to doing the best possible job down to the finest detail. John was very hands on, easy to contact and kept a close eye on everything. These guys really know their stuff and Johns optimistic, reassuring nature kept us calm throughout what can be a bit of an upheaval. Everything went smoothly and we looked forward to coming home at the end of each day to see how things had changed yet again. The loft conversion looks amazing and was completed to the timetable. Any additions we asked for were also fairly costed. John O'Connell Ltd will be the first people we call for our next project.
