Richard and his co-worker Danny are the real deal, true tradesmen with complementary skill sets.
My friend recommended them as they had previously done work for her. I am pleased to say they surpassed my expectations in terms of workmanship. After all the trouble I had, I would have just been happy with a shower that worked and didn't leak through my ceiling but instead I now have a shower, floor and pipework that look sleek, neat and professional as well as being fully functional.
They did not rush things nor try to cut corners. They were thorough and precise, striving to find solutions to accommodate tricky issues whilst ensuring the bathroom looked aesthetically pleasing.
They arrived when they said they would, leaving the house clean and kept to our agreed budget. They communicated clearly. They are also nice guys to deal with. Over all, we feel they went the extra mile for us and we would definitely have them back. Well done to you both.
