Hi my name is Richard, I've been train by Keith as my presonal trainer for a good of over 5yrs. My coal was 1. Is to get back in shape, by losing weight and 2. diet.
The knowledge Keith has as a trainer, is out of this world. And now I have the body to prove it, I was put on a ten week diet. Which I stuck to plus the training to match.
When the ten weeks training had finish, the before & after pictures is unbelievable. Not even my wife can't believe it, but she has seen the changes "She can't even keep her hands of me now ha!" What I'm advising you is, Keith is one of the best presonal trainer I've ever train with. And you do get results! Try him out you ain't got nothing to loose but your weight.
Five star rating is not enough, it should of been a 10 star rating. It have to be a high FIVE rating.
