I had a leak which my managing agent's plumber was unable to find despite several visits. When asked my insurance company for help I was told they could only helo once I had found my leak. I then called Leak Tracers Direct and I spoke to their surveyor Moez who seemed like a stright shooter -he gave me excellent advice about how the insurance industry works and he did not sugar coat it. I realised I needed help from the experts who knew not only how to find my leak but also to negotiate with my insurance company-Axa. Thanks to their expert leak detectors my leak under the kitchen floor was found and stopped. I was delighted with the outcome as Moez not only got all my leak detction costs recovered and all my kitchen tiling redone for free but he also got my insurer to pay me £600 as a disturbance allowance as I not able to use my kitchen when the tiling was being done.
