RAC man highly recommend this garage. Booked it in and was told that it would be 5-10 days. After 2wks I contacted them with them saying they were waiting for the part to come back. After 8wks of ringing each week they finally offered me a courtesy car. On the 14wk they said I could collect my car but it needed a battery (old one was less than 2yrs old but couldn't find the receipt) that would cost £120. Total bill £600+ not offered any discount or compensation for it taking so long. Following day car wouldn't start in the morning they sent someone round in the afternoon and it worked straight away. Following morning nothing again. Told try moving the car to different area. I told them to come and collect the car to sort it out and as of yet still waiting for it to be collected or at least a call off of them to enquire if it's sorted.
Seems they just wanted it off of their forecourt. Don't fall for the highly recommendations from anybody cos these guys just ain't worth it.
