I had a huge problem with my laptop after buying a new mobile phone from a major phone company in Warrington. The salesman was insistent that the phone should be linked to my laptop (not what I wanted) so I could see my email anytime. After my fourth trip back to the shop and the Manager, to get them linked up, he had managed to change my email address, block me from eBay, and lose much of my email addresses. Anyway I found Henry's details on Google, as he had 5 stars across the board I knew I had to phone him. I phoned a 6.30pm one evening and Henry said he would be with me ASAP.
After 15 minutes of using magic fingers and superior knowledge, I had my old email address back, I could get into eBay and all my email addresses were reinstated. I was over the Moon. If you have a problem with your computer, don't waste time and energy talking to lesser mortals, go to the
