I asked New Dawn for a quote to clean my heavily soiled lounge carpet and suite. The service was courteous and polite from start to finish with no 'hard sell'. I was happy with the quote (not the cheapest, but this was the most professional company that I'd had a quote from) and a convenient date and time arranged for the work to be done. Steve turned up at the time arranged and the work was carried out very efficiently. The result was brilliant!! My carpet had lots of marks, including spots of tea and red wine and although Steve had said that some of them might not come out, there was not a mark left when he had finished! My suite and carpet looked like new. He wouldn't let me pay on the day and said that he would ring in a few days to make sure I was still happy with the result, which I was. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it without hesitation.
