Used this Contractor,work in general, rushed and careless.Main complaint was about a simple flagging job. Asked him to flag side passage to improve appearance and for easier movement of bins.Dismayed when l saw result. Thick heavy flags laid on top of existing surface,told they were the quality ones, flags cemented to side of house and cementing done in 2 stages didn’t match, second stage dark and rough. A high rise at each end so moving heavy bins more difficult and certainly no improvement in appearance,was unsightly. Should never have been done like this, no Contractor would want to feature it on their website. I complained but nothing was done except an unsuccessful attempt to match up cementing. Had to live with this unsatisfactory work reminded every time l struggled with the bins. However when l found it was also a trip hazard complained again,said visitor had tripped. Still refused to do anything,had to get it redone. Behaviour when l complained unprofessional. Cost £680
