I was looking to appoint a structural engineer to urgently carry out calculations for me as part of my home improvement project. I spoke to a few firms within Birmingham but everyone said it would take 2-3 weeks to get a report generated for me.
I called Integrated Designs and spoke with Paramjit, telling him what we were looking for and the timescales we were in.
He went straight into it, explaining exactly what we’d require and the process over the initial call. We were conscious of timing as our contractors were working and needed the calculations within 2 days. Rest assured, Paramjit sent us everything within a space of 24 hours. So glad we went with you guys in the end, thank you very much. Truly a man of your word.
