problem is parcel is not lost it is stolen in they warehouse
They send my item and never send me tracking number as they never do,, so i cant check is parcel delivered or not till buyer dont open case ...
Parcel is returned to them and somehow is lost at they warehouse
They never call me to let me know that my parcel is returned to them and just keep it quiet
REASON THEY KEEP IT QUIET IS ADDRESS ON PARCEL

And then i have to call them for 2 weeks every day 3 times for them to tell my lies how they investigate and they let me know (2 weeks later and after 50 calls i never get one back)
NOW AFTER THEY LONG INVESTIGATION THEY SAY IT HAS BEEN TO LONG AND THEY CANT MAKE CLAIM NOW
