Having a leak is obviously nerve wrecking. Leak Tracers Direct approach to this is to call you and antagonise you:
* Call you by the wrong name, not apologise
* Proceed to blame you for "filling their form wrong"
* When you apologise for it, they correct you and say "that's not it" and how you really are to blame "but that's ok"
* They proceed to brag about getting 15 inquiries an hour (and how little they care about your business)
Extremely rude people, I told them I did not wish to work with them under no circunstance. At least this they seemed to be understanding about.
