I gave Matt a simple job, mow the lawn and clear some rubbish, that took him two weeks to complete. He does not keep you updated, says he's going to be there then doesn't turn up, says the job will be complete by a certain day and it isn't.
I was working to a deadline, as I was handing the property back to a very difficult landlord and I didn't need the additional stress. Matt still had not finished the job on the last day of my tenancy and I had made it very clear that it needed to be done before this.
He was totally unreliable and barely responds to calls or texts. On top of this, I asked him to provide me with a receipt on 29th January 2018. He said that he would email it to me and I'm still waiting.
If you require a good, reliable gardening service do not call Lotis as you will get the exact opposite!
