Romans have bben marketing my house since August, over three months, and only shown four interested buyers around. One of which offered £400,000 less than their valuation. They imply they have applicants allready on their books eager to buy your property and it should sell in days. All untrue. I suggested I would instruct another agent and was told they still wanted there full fee even if I sold it myself. They are just sitting on my property hoping somebody will eventually find a buyer and then claim their fee in full.
