I recently had a accident on my motorbike and suspected I had bent the bars. I searched for a mobile mechanic and found these people.All sounded very good, and very polite, I accommodated there availability, and booked a slot for 1pm (2 weeks), I arranged to work from home this particular day, at 1:10 no one showed, so I thought I would give a quick call just to check, and was told that they will be with me as they were just dropping off a car. I waited until 14:25 where I called again, only then to be informed that there was a booking problem and wasn't booked for a mobile visit. After being a little mad, due to my previous call at 13:10, we arranged for an another visit where they would pick up my bike on Friday at 17:00. I had a phone call at 16:10 informing me that they were running a little late and should be with me for about 17:15. I was chuffed that they seemed to be informing me on updates. At 18:25 still no-one showed where I was already late for an appointment, had a phone call that they were stuck in traffic, where the mechanic couldn't tell me what time he would be with me, I had no alternative but to tell him to forget it.I called Saturday morning only to be told that I have lost my deposit as I cancelled the call, which to a point was fair, but considering this is the 2nd time that they have failed to turn up and on time. So be very cautious with these people, if they turn up its a bonus otherwise you will just be played about. I have no problem if they didn't want to do it, which they gave me that impression, but to take a deposit, then to be informed of a time, then to fail to turn up after an 1 1/4 and to be told don't know what time. There was no negotiation or an apology, which I would be willing to do and to re-arrangeSo be warned and cautious of these people that they might or might not show or turn up on time.
