Seven weeks ago I had both my back and front gardens laid with Artificial Grass. It looked ok at first but not really what I wanted. However after some heavy rain the grass looked dreadful, joins opened up as the glue used had not stuck, nails and screws poked out, and the whole area became bumpy and made a crunching sound when walked on. My front garden looked like a billiard table laid on the ground and the grass held down with large pebbles. His price included materials that were not used. He also removed and disposed of decorative blocks and stones without my consent. He was very untidy and left quite a mess behind. I employed a professional company to remove all of Greg’s work and start again. I now have a garden that I love. All the circles on the grass area and curves on my patio have been reinstated where Greg had left it either square or looking like a 50p piece. I thought my patio was ruined.
I would not recommend this company.
