Having come here on a number of occasions over the past 40 years as a guest of some of the most reputable members in the artistic world I have to say that the officiousness of recent new staff at this establishment is disappointingly amateur and verging on rudeness. I have always loved this club and its welcoming atmosphere but I am clearly now living in the past! What a shame that standards of service at this club have been allowed to sink to levels elsewhere.
