Very disappointed with this service. Father and son team. Felt it was their right to demand tea/coffee and toast whilst doing the work I had commissioned them to do. Overcharged me - shocked me with the price for doing a 10 minute job! So shocked, I paid the money. Only wanted cash. I had asked them for a rough estimate before they even came to do the job, but they would not tell me. After I kicked up a fuss with them on the phone, some of the money was eventually returned with the mention that it was their intention to return some of the money because they 'knew' they had 'accidentally' overcharged me! Even with the return, I still felt ripped off.
Father sits eating his toast with marmalade whilst son cracks on with the work. Father does not stop talking! Loud and booming!
In fairness, I was pleased with the small job that the son did for me but that was the only redeeming feature.
I would not recommend. Disappointed. Disillusioned. Ripped off.
