They are not only rude and uncourteous, but today they short-changed me to the tune of £30. The woman who served me was adament I had not given her a fifty pound note, and after much complaining (the police even had to get involved to make anything happen) the manager finally reviewed the CCTV footage, only to find it had unhelpfully stopped recording about five minutes before I was served. Coincidence or conspiracy? They told my husband and I to go back at the end of the day after they had cashed up...and when we did, they told us (surprise surprise) that they were not £30 over and the tills were balanced.I feel completely cheated and ripped-off by these lying people, who appear to be fiddling the books and rigging their tills. The manager was changing his story every five minutes. I wonder who's pocket my money went into...and how many other people are getting ripped-off by this disastrous post office. They need to be investigated.
