This company used to be owned by the nicest couple but has now been taken over by less than transparent operators. The former owners used to charge £70 per hour for their visit. This company quote £70 an hour as well. BUT, later into the conversation they tell you that their charge is for the first 15 minutes and that every furtherr 15 minutes is £17. I decided to go ahead and asked them at the very if the charge was inc VAT. Susie, their receptionist confirmed that VAT was not included. Thus, if they are with you for one hour ther charge is £145! I went online and found company for £40 inc VAT for half hour who guaranteed me that whatever was wrong it would be fixed or replaced (at my cost of course!) I don't recollect ever speaking to a less transparent company.
