I signed up for a block of ten sessions with Danny Fisher and his fitness team to get fit for my wedding and can honestly say it's the best money I have spent. The sessions are hard work but enjoyable and I really noticed a difference. The team have a range of skills and tested me in different ways from boxing techniques with Nye Oakley to core & endurance work with Danny.
I have learned things that I can take forward with me to improve how I can get the most out of training and improve how I look. Looking forward to getting some more sessions booked in soon hopefully with Greg Holder too as I have heard great things about his training sessions. Keep up the good work lads!
